Return Policy

At Korean Beauty Co. we want you to love your skincare. Because of the personal nature of skincare products, we only accept returns on items that are unopened, untampered with, and in their original packaging. Once inspected and approved, you can exchange your item for a similar product. We do not offer cash refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Condition: Items must be completely sealed, unopened, and in their original, pristine, resalable condition.
  • Hygiene: Due to safety and hygiene
    • standards for cosmetics and skincare, any product that has been opened, tested, or had its tamper-evident seals removed will be rejected.
    • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within [7 to 14] days of your purchase or delivery date.
    2. The Exchange Process
    • Verification: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets all hygiene and condition requirements.
    • Approval: If the return is approved, you may exchange the returned item for another similar skincare or beauty product of equal value.
    3. No Refund Policy
    • All sales are final. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds on any returned items.
    • 4. Damaged or Defective Items
      • If you believe you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can investigate and arrange a proper replacement.
